Why dont men like when their gf/wife tells them 1 little thing to do for them and they dont do it when we do everything for them?

Its the way you asked you didnt say honey i need you. nine times out of ten you said hey i do all this for you at least you can do this small thing for me. hence that does not say i love you and need you to be strong when im not and today is that day
