If you're going for sexy then I say thigh highs... however, I have seen many a pretty girls pull off the tights with a short sweater/dress thingy lately. It's kindof a fashion statement and it looks pretty hot if done correctly. So, since I can't seem to make up my mind, I'm going to say to hell with both of them and just go bare legs! >:)

Either are hot, they both hug your curves and show off the female form. Of course if you need <ahem> "assistance" in modelling and assessing the effectiveness of either from a man's perspective, I'd be more than willing to help. Giggity!
