  • I prefer calisthenics because I don't want to build muscles, I just want to keep toned. Also, I don't have access to weights or machines.
  • depends on your personal fitness goals. almost every exercise can be modified to easy, medium, or hard, as well. i prefer weightlifting, cardio, and kung fu, but i am trying to stay in athletic shape. someone just wanting to stay toned/healthy would hardly need to do so much, so something else would be better for their needs.
