Depends on like if the all black was sweatpants and a sweat shirt..if so..boring..if not..sexy assuming you brighten it up with some silver jewelry maybe..and heels,or something:)

90% of the time i wear black! I love it, and I think black always looks good. No matter the occasion, you cant go wrong with it. I dont know exactly what u mean -head to toe, but I think its sexy. I am a woman, but I think it looks great on both male and female. Some people do find it a boring color to wear, but when i see someone n black, it looks classy & distinguished.

I say it all depends on the person inside the black clothes to make you think if she's sexy or not. Sometimes you see fat women wearing black just because black makes you look a bit thinner. That doesn't meet that they are sexy! If you are sexy you can wear any colour you want, you are still going to look good. And if you are sexy and you are wearing black, then i would say you are looking very sexy. Personally boring is an adjective I use to describe the character of a person and not the clothing. A person could be as sexy as a filmstar but then when you speak to him/her you realise she's got nothing interesting to transfer!
