Paint can rotate multiples of 90. If you need something else, Open Office's Drawing Program has a rotate that allows any degree.
Hey guys, thanks for the quick replies! sorry I think I was confusing in my question. What I meant was "auto-rotating" photo software, e.g. software that can detect vertically shot photos and rotate them by itself so I wouldn't have to do it manually for every vertically shot photo. Is there any such software? or am I too demanding of tech nowadays?! Thanks again =)

You're reading I want to find an image editing software that can auto rotate images because it was a pain to do it manually for my grandma after her birthday party for a photo slideshow video. Thanks everyone!
