Help answer this question below.

I have low voltage on a 2003 mercury sable headlight and it wont turn on. Left side wont turn on, right side will, fuse is good.

    something is effecting your grounding. You could have a wire that is damaged and touching metal somewhere and like the first answer, I'd probably replace the wires to the light.

    You have a slight ground somewhere. Check ohm reading from switch to light, if not low, like 1 - 3 ohms, run a new wire.
