Help answer this question below.
Pre ground extra lean.
Mine is stire bought
I cut and grind all of my own meats, but I cheat, I own a grocery store with a meat market.
I usually buy pre-ground lean from the grocery store. I've never tried to grind my own meats.
mine are all pre packaged from the grocer. I don't know if it's safe to attempt to do anything in my kitchen after setting it on fire (your other question). LOL and I don't know that it would be eatable if I ground my own meat
I never ground my own meat, I prefer the expertise of a butcher. I buy the absolute leanest ground beef and turkey I can find. I couldn't do that on my own!
