No, you might loose your life. Your body might shed a few pounds at first, but then your body senses trouble and goes into starvation mode. You will not loose weight, you'll loose nutrients, and minerals vital to healthy living. Don't stop eating.

You might lose weight temporarily but when you start to eat again you'll probably gain it back and then some. Losing weight basically boils down to burning more calories than you're taking in. You might be eating healthy foods but too many calories. As Will88 said, visiting a nutritionist or dietician would be a good idea so you can set up a safe, healthy weight loss plan.

You will lose weight if you stop eating, but you will look very sickly and not attractive at all. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll get to where you want to be. If you want what I have used this year you can try sparkpeople.com. I used it to keep track of calorie and fat intake and exercise and it works well for that.

I dont think you understand how the human body works. You should read more books! Anyways, starving yourself wont make you lose weight really. Your metabolism will go down and your body goes into "starvation mode" where it tries to save as much as possible. You will be living off of your own fat, and then muscle to live. This is not a good way to lose weight because its slow, painful, unhealthy, and could seriously do harm to you. Actually to lose weight you should eat more. I recommend eating 5 small meals a day. Your metabolism will go up when you eat alittle every few hours. Maybe oatmeal for breakfast, a turkey sandwich at lunch, later in the afternoon some peanuts and fruit, for dinner fish, etc. Drink water instead of soda. If you take in 1800-2000 calories a day you will lose weight, especially if you are doing exercises. Your body naturally burns around 2000 a day just to live, plus extra work for moving around and exercising. At 16 you really shouldnt care. It seems like you are doing it only for appearences, which makes me think you are doing it just so that other people will think you look good. Thats the wrong idea entirely, and you really shouldnt care what other kids think, because most of them are idiots anyways. Knowledge is power, read more books and you would know this stuff and many other neat things yourself!

yeah you would lose weight if you stop eating but, when you start back eating you go gain it all back. you no when i was 16 i wish i was you weight i was 255lbs i lost 120lbs. but i gain a tiny bit back. some of it is muscle because i work out alot. that brings me up to 168lbs and im not fat by any means. i get alot of attention by guys now. if im not fat your not. maybe alil baby fat but no. dont listen to people about your weight just be glad your healthy.
