I am in the state of delaware and i own a remainderman estate in a parcel of real estate. The life estate has been diagnosed with alzheimers and is in a nursing home. No taxes have been paid and liens are filed. Can i have life estate termina

    You can try to convince the life estate owner to sell you his lie estate, thus creating a fee simple. Or you could sue the life estate owner for not paying property taxes.
