baby shampoo...if that doesnt work add just a drop of something like dawn..make sure it doesnt get in babies eyes...
-
I would use baby shampoo.

I would just leave it in babies hair. Baby oil works very well for curing and keeping cradel cap at bay, which is very dry scaley spots on babys scalp. When our son was on infant we would use a cotton ball to apply baby oil to his scalp every night before bed.

i have the same problem and a hairdresser advised i should try a tiny bit of washing up liquid but im scared incase it harms her hair ir scalp my daughter is 3 ?? what do yous think ?

baby shampoo or dawn... and please, if you must use oil on baby, use something like olive oil or another natural oil. baby oil is a petroleum derived product, and it's got more impurities than mineral oil, which is worse than motor oil when it comes to how well refined it is.

Baby shampoo will do the trick, because it's gentle and it will not hurt baby at all.
-
Use baby shampoo. It won't all come out the first time, but after a few washings it will be out enough.
