Where can I find a horror scene where someone gets a knife in the back of their head? I need to film a scene where someone dies like that, and need ideas about how to film it, what camera angles to use, etc.

One scene that stands out in my mind is Lawrence Monsons death scene in Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter.

The original George Romero "Dawn of the Dead" has a "big knife" [ machete? ] in the head murder but it might be angled more from the front of the head. +5
