Shaved, and for two reasons.
1) To me it's cleaner looking, sexier, and when I'm done sucking his dick I do not want to be picking his pubes out of my mouth.
2) Guys want and expect us women&girls to shave or wax then they can fuckin do it to! XD

All girls are different, in most cases, it doesn't really matter. But if you are going to keep the hair, atleast groom yourself. We would appreciate a trim here and there.
