I just signed a att plan 6mo ago and i've destroyed my phone with no insurance. can i purchase a go phone and put my old sim card in it to make it work on my existing plan?

    GoPhones are SIM locked and will only work with GoPhone plans. If you convert your plan to a GoPhone plan, you can use a GoPhone. You would be better off purchasing a refurbished phone from AT&T (on line) or buying a SIM unlocked, quad band GSM phone and then your SIM card will work with this. It will also work with a used AT&T or Cingular phone that is not SIM locked. I hope this helps. Thanks. SukiSue
