I am female and my female 'friend' has asked me to attempt fisting her. I have never done it but am willing to try it, however I want to learn all I can to make sure I do it properly without endangering her in any way. Can anyone offer insight or links?

The definition is simple: Fisting is the act of inserting your whole hand into a woman's vagina. It is not a practice for everyone. Go slowly. I agree in principle with most of the first post, I have found that for a first time fistee they usually have theur own idea of what will work best in order for them to take your fist. I tend to follow therir lead in this. I have found in my experience that the chair idea works well for some while more often than not on their hands and knees seems to most often be the easiest for penetration. if your partner is experienced, then I suggest letting her talk you through it as you do it. remember the biggest factor in a fisting scene is communication. talk to her... lots! and have fun http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaginal_fisting
