God, he'd be high, drunk, unwashed, and would have loads of random crap he wants you to trade or buy... He'd be the guy who shows up two days early so he can do coke on a wednesday.
Do people actually resort to craigslist to find dates,lol? What causes a person to rely on craigslist and other sites to meet people?

It was a cracked.com reference. Basically there was an add on craig's list placed by a guy looking to have a coke party on a wednesday afternoon.
