Help answer this question below.

I have a 1995 chevy S10 blazer and when its cold outside It starts but If I cut it off, I have to wait an hour to an hour and a half for it to re-start. Why is that?

    Check the electrical system. sounds like your bat. is shallow charged, and needs time to build Amp Hours. could be a weak cell, or a weak generator/altenater , voltage regulator and is taking a while to refill the charge and due to the cold, or slow to suck electrons off the lead plates.
