12 monkeys! AWESOME movie with time travel.
Also, Donnie Darko deals with the timestream
Back to the Future, of course, and Terminator.
Memento is a great film...the character has severe memory impairment, and they tell the story in reverse they play 20 minutes, then they show the 20 minutes BEFORE that, then the 20 minutes or so before that, until you see the beginning and finally figure out what is actually going on.
