Help answer this question below.

How do I replace Tach Cable and Housing on a 1974 Corvette. What is the easiest way? I can't get my hand up through from the bottom of the dash. Can I take out the center gauge cluster and reach over and unclip the tack cable and pull it out? Thanks~Rosco
