Unfortunately this is the state of affairs as far as customer service of today. If supervision would do its job we would have to deal with this crap.........

I will feel disrespected. In many cases it happens too while we are in the middle of certain interview, the guy take incoming calls from a cell phone. What's wrong with today society fast pace world, people try to multi task being rude at the same time.

They can chat with the colleague but if they pick up a cell phone and start texting or talking, off with their head.

That doesnt bother me, it bothers me when they finish a conversation with a colleague before serving me.

irritated i especially hate it when they gripe about their work schedule or another co-worker! grrrr....!

We give them a fair warning and then if they cannot change their attitude to the customer then we ask them to leave!This happens in my store and we take care like that!
