  • If you look at the fine print, I believe the US Postal Service says that Express Mail delivery dates are not guaranteed. As a "professional" business, they SHOULD be, but I don't think they are. As such, since they didn't guarantee the arrival date, I think you may be out of luck, sorry!
  • Call your postmaster, but I believe you are.
  • Somebody mailed me a priority package -3 days max.. I got it in 10 months.. USPS said "those things happen" it's not our fault. In all their writings and web site it says times are approximate and with Christmas I don't know that guarantee anything. I tried to send a priority package and asked would it be there in 2 days..they said MAYBE but for sure in 4-5. I could have send it first class and them got it in 3 for sure.. So don't bet on getting your money back. File a complaint with the PO though..you might get lucky
