Hyperhydrosis can be caused by many things. You need to check with a dermatologist who can do a few tests. Many people have larger sweat glands. It can also be caused by anxiety, hormonal imbalances, and other problems that the doctor can check. It is usually not a serious problem and there are many new "fixes" for it today, including removal of some of the sweat glands themselves.

Check your Thyroid fuctions. The sweaty hands are mostly caused by Hypothyriodism and it is some time later in life that they get diagnosed.
