you know, its not most powerful, its most powerful to you, and to me, its any of my main team, pikachu, flygon, kyogre, politoad, pachirisu and regiice. if i say most powerful, then blissey springs to mind, over 700hp at lv 100, but its ugly and fighting just goes and slaughters it

If you ask me, it will be Arceus. It has the highest level in the game (Level 80) without using the Action Replay DS.

The most powerful pokemon in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl is Darkrai because its moves are Dark Pulse, Dream Eater, Dark Void, and Nightmare! When you battle a pokemon with Darkrai, simply use Dark Void to make it sleep with a bad dream, then use Nightmare to make it a bigger Nightmare, then use Dark Pulse to finish the pokemon off! It is a perfect combo.
