The absolute best PBJ is cooked like a grilled cheese. Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside...to die for!

    This morning for breakfast.

Creamy peanut butter and plum jam on whole wheat. (And a banana and a glass of water). Good for breakfast; it keeps me full all morning.

When I was in elementary. It was a novel kind of spread for someone who's used to plain peanut butter.

BTW, PB&Js are not common outside America. A company tried to introduce a PB&J spread in our country and it never really took off.

Yesterday morning for breakfast. It's my favorite comfort breakfast - toasted - when I'm sick (I'm still trying to get over a sinus infection, which was brought on by the flu)...

I don't care for jelly so I have never ate a PB&J sandwich and now that the peanutbutter is making everybody sick I am scared to eat it.

Two days ago. Made some homemade bread and it just called for something on it. Tried butter and that was nice but then I saw the jar, sitting right there, calling.....then on to the jam, raspberry jam. Yes, it was good!
