Driver's side panel, the switches don't work to lower any of the windows, the switches to lock all doors and lock all windows work.I had someone look at it, and what I would call the circuit board for all the switches got wet, what is the part name?

    Most likely called "Switch Board" if it can be removed do so. U should be able to use an "Electronic Parts Cleaner" (Auto Zone) to thoroughly clean the board & switches using an old tooth brush as needed. After cleaning use compressed air to dry it off then use an "Ohm Meter" to test the switches. If U find bad Switches or a Relay, try the Internet to find replacements or a good "Electronics Part Store". Use a soldering iron & "Solder Wick" to remove parts from the board & then re-solder new ones. John
