Highlight your wording then hit shift F3. It will change it all to caps. Hit it again it will change it all to lower case.

    Windows Key + E = Windows Explorer
    Windows Key + R = Run
    Windows Key + D = Minimise All

I find those useful, and I find they are not commonly known.

ctl + backspace (deletes previous word)
ctl + del (deletes next word)
ctl + arrow (move curser 1 word at a time instead of one letter)

In almost every typing client (word, web forms, chat clients, etc.) you can use the ctl key in combintation with the above keys to move whole words at a time instead of single letters. Saves me tons of time, especially when i'm programming.

oh yeah.. and highlight the word and hit shift-F7 in MS word. Brings up the thesaurus.

I use Excel Shortcuts a lot in Finance, and have found this great one page PDF.

I think my favourite is "Ctrl Shift [", trace all Precedents.

The new Vista shortcut replacement for alt+tab. It's the Windows key+tab and it lays out all of your windows (including desktop) for you to see. Then it cycles through them as you hold down Windows+tab. If you want to scroll backwards, Windows+shift.

The visual effect is pretty neat.
