Has any Potter fans picked up The Tales of Beetle the Bard yet?

Yes. I am also finished it... and I seriosuly left it in my car so I would like never be tempted to read it so I could stretch it out as long as possible... yeah. That didn't work to well... mostly because its SO short. It was okay. It sorta just made me sad because I remembered how much I love Dumbledore. *tear*

Yeah, I heard it was only 126 pages. I haven't got it yet, I'm waiting till this weekend when I start xmas shopping (not looking forward to that)

And the type is like bigger... and the book is smaller... its really depressing... normal font, normal book size it'd be like... 50 pages... maybe...

I think us Potter fans are just holdin on to nothing when we get this excited about a Potter book.
Though the movies don't hold a candle to the books, I think the 6th Potter movie looks dark and creepy! I can't wait. I was so pissed when they moved the movie back to next summer.

Its okay to hold onto nothing as long as you know you are holding onto nothing... I realized that when I bought the book it would be semi-interesting maybe and would quench my thirst when I was reading it... maybe but that'd be about it... and it was. I have never been too excited for any of the movies... I mean I always go to the midnight premiere but I always just expect to get dissapointed. The 5th one came out on my birthday... that was really cool... so we went to the midnight premiere and at midnight my friends sang happy birthday in the theater and someone was like well this is an awesome birthday present... and it was.

That's awesome..I thought I was the only nerd that saw movies Thursday night at midnight. Not just Potters, but any good movie. Me and my buddy and his fiance usually go and get dinner, have quite a few drinks and then see the midnight showing a little loopy. It's a lot of fun...except when you have to get up in the middle of the movie to pee....
