Probably 10 as there is not much I can't cook or bake and also I'm pretty good at making up recipes and mixing different ingredients to bring out great flavors and not overdo things.

    2. I can follow a recipe but without that I have a repertoire consisting of about 4 dishes!
I leave the cooking to my husband who fancies himself as a bit of a chef extraordinare! I do the washing up :-)

10 for sure. I can make anything as long as I have the ingredients and the time. I heart cooking.

I consider myself a 6. There is not much I cant do with a recipe and I have a real talent when it comes to sauces. There is much for me to learn and want to attend culinary school, just don't have the resources to do that.

probably a 8 on most days which isn't to bad considering when I got married 30 plus yrs ago that I couldn't hardly boil water...lol and the fact my mother & grandmother were professional cooks but neither took much time to teach me, only gave me cook books.
hubby just laughs now and says my meals & deserts aren't bad for a Irish Obie who couldn't cook 30 yrs ago as he pats his tummy....lol

4- Id love to take a cooking class and learn about spices and learn to be a better cook. I used to be better when the kids were little and Id actually cook meals ...but they are all grown now and its just me..I have been thinking about cooking Sunday dinners to get the kids all together and spend some family time around a table again.
