That'd take all the fun out of it, though. I'm more attracted to mysterious people. When girls admit interest in me, I lose interest in them usually. Sure, it'd make some situations a lot easier. One reason that people aren't open with their emotions is when they using the other person. Another reason is when they are too proud to be the first to admit to the other their real interest.

No, too much emotions is just plain boring.

I think it would be easier if they were also in touch with what their emotions. People tend to feel different things from one moment to the next. Being open about it could be a roller coaster ride for both parties. Then there are those who believe they are in love when what they are is in lust... Emotions are good but they should be tempered with common sense. That means you have to think about it before you express it.
