NO

In a way that... obstructs traffic?

Would the animal care where they are going to be killed? Best to laid down your knife and let it see another sunrise, enjoy another meal.
-
Never no. Especially here. I know other countries have different traditions and ways of living, even if an animal was being slaughtered for a meal it shouldn't be done on the streets, no one wants to see that.
-
It would make the streets unhealthy, so no

I think that consumers of meats should have the freedom to slaughter the animals personally. Although, I would not recommend a street for that purpose because of public contamination. Instead, I suggest that a special slaughter room be attached to every McDonald's. That way the customers could be assured that the animals are slaughtered humanely by performing the work themselves. The children will also be educated regarding how the happy meal is made. Also, consumers will be assured that the flesh is fresh. This could also work for supermarkets that sell assorted meats. We would probably need to give these businesses the same zoning restrictions that are applied to slaughterhouses due to health concerns and noxious odors.
