It depends: 1) do we count only "W"'s (majuscule) or only "w"'s (minuscule), or both? 2) where do we count: - only in "all": 0 W's and 0 w's, total 0. - in the whole sentence: 6 W's and 11 w's, total 17. - only in the first part of the sentence (without the last part: "how many W's in all?"): 5 W's and 10 w's, total 15.
