I have a rossi .22 cal side by side double barrel breakover derringer it is very old has 2 hammers with 2 triggers its a interesting gun in my opin. i have shot it but know little about it. can anyone help? what is it worth? in nice cond.

It sounds like you have a Rossi Garucha model of derringer. These were banned from import to the US by the Gun Control Act of 1968, so it's at least 40 years old. Rossi was not known for it's fantastic QC back then nor is it especially chased by collectors. Some internet sources list it to be worth about $150.

I called Rossi about mine and was told that the guns were imported in the 1950' time frame from South America. They do make a good wall hanger.
