If I'm not mistaken, once you're 18 you are legally an adult, so you could just up and move out. Unless your state has some weird law that supercedes federal law, you should be able to leave whenever you like.

Here in California you only have to be 18 to be an adult. I'm not sure what age you have to be in Mississippi, but if you are an adult, you can move out whenever you want.

Does your aunt want you?? Why not live on your own. You don't have to live with a watch dog. You're 18 not 8. Mississippi may say 21, But you can be emancipated before that.
