Doesn't have to be "vast" ... but enough to be able to communicate easily and expressively.

Women like men with vast things. If they believe that having a large vocabulary is connected in some way with the mans ability to ultimately achieve some type of power then that will be attractive to the female mind. The most powerful aphrodisiac for most women is power, followed by potential power.

I've know men and people in general that have vast vocabularies but that may not know how to listen to anyone but themselves. So, I will definately say no.

they like if you can speak intelligently that is for sure, i love when dont understand an expression that i have used they just get lost and you can see it in their face

yes and no. while a man could look quite smart should he have a large vocab it can be equally as frustrating. my S/O has a large vocab, and as much i love and adore him, at himes I wish he would just used words that I actualyl understand!!

More attractive because of vocabulary level? No. More attractive because that means theyre intelligent and sophisticated? Yes. If they try to talk over them in a snobish or condescending way by using an inappropriately high vocab level, or if theyre an annoying walking thesaurus, then its a huge and obvious turn-off.
