Help answer this question below.

If a 17 year old boy has sex with a 14 year old girl and even know she has consented he is found guilty of sexual abuse of a minor but if that sme girl kills her parents with a bat she is charged as a adult why is it possible to change the age limit

    Because our penal system is driven to inflict the greatest punishment upon those it targets.

    It will gladly adopt conflicting and even contradictory positions, often simultaneously, in order to maximize its punitive results.

    Sexual abuse of a minor and murder are different by orders of magnitude. Also the girl is viewed (whether correctly or not) as the victim in the former instance and as the suspect in the latter. Its not that the age limit really changes, rather, its a decision based upon the severity of the crime and other factors, such as her sanity, premeditation, etc.

    the Legal system is set up to make legal slaves of everyone.. a exgirlfreind of mine stabbed my tires broke my windows and when i came outside she ran at me with the knife .. i pushed her to the ground .. and was arrested for Domestic Violence.. and now they want to give me 10 freaking years Federal cause i refuse to surrender my 2nd ammendment rights.. the law is set up in such a way to screw over everyone ..

    a woman in New York blew a bubble it landed on a cops shirt ..he arrested her for assualting an Officer .. she is going to prison .. while police have gunned down old ladies inside their homes.. "she has a gun! bang!" forget the fact she is inside her house and isn't guilty of anything besides not knowing who is at her door in the middle of the night .. forget it.. Laws are made to make slaves. that is it.. it is not to help society in anyway shape or form.. Progressive Legal Systems have always been such .. look at Medieval France.. Everything was Illegal.. you could get a life sentence cause a Judge didn't like you .. i don't like your hair color ..LiFE..

    and you were sent off to some Penal Colony .... or your family payed huge sums of money to get you released.. slavery made legal..
