I've read it, and it adds interesting background information about Rowling's magical world. In my opinion it is worth reading.
My friend said she didn't like it, but that could be just her.
I really loved "The Tales of Beedle the Bard!" The commentary Albus Dumbledore put in explained some some stuff from the book. It's an easy read, so you don't have to worry about that (if you are). It's a great addition to the Harry Potter world:D
Meh. Worth reading, yes. Worth paying rrp? No. Wait 'till it's on sale.
I've read it and I don't regret reading it.
