My playstation 2 will not read my memory card.I have never had a problem.My system will read that it is connected in the system browser, but games show errors like "your card has been removed or replaced," loading screens will show "no data". Help?

  I have a modchip ps2 slim. I transferred my memory card data on my pc. Now when i trransfer it back, the game doesn't accept it.
