Help answer this question below.

I had a party sunday a week ago, how long can i keep the cubed lunch meat before i have to throw it out

    I have no idea what "cubed lunch meat" is. If it was out on a table, I would have discarded it after the party. If it is just left-overs that were never put out... check to see if it is "slimy" yet.

    If it was left out unrefridgerated for over 2 hours, you should have thrown it out after the party. Small cubes of lunch meat hit room temperature very quickly.
