    Yes, gold dipped bracelet would chip or fade away due to its contact with oils, sweat, shampoos, etc.

    Depends on what is under it and the thickness of the gold and karat. Electroplated is best.

    Stick it!!

    It will wear off in places it would not last on jewelry.
