What's that?
Being retired, pretty much as much as I want. : )
Plenty. I vege out a lot after work and on weekends. I love spending time with my roommate on our couch. For all my rest time, though, I feel exhausted today!
I take some time when my mind feels clogged with too much stuff, sometimes I need the wife to help!
As much as I want or need. We're retired and unless we have appointments out of the house we can laze around all day and do nothing..sometimes we catch up on reading, or watch tv, or snooze. It's very nice! :)
the last 8 months. long may it continue
Not alot.
I am a trucker. Times like now, while I am waiting to load, I have way too much time. When I get home to my family, I have way too little.
some,
probably 2/3 evenings durinh the week and the weekends afternoons
It just depends.. Sometimes I have so much time to rest and do things.. sometimes I can't find time to even sleep !!
hi, crystal, babieeeeeeeeeeeee ... not a lot of time after work and the ladiez ... LoLz ... ^_^
All day--I work midnights.
not a lot at all. i'm tired =0
I always try to relax for about 2 or 3 hours every day. That includes going to the gym, watching Dr House or some of my favourite shows:) Or just reading a good book.
I have an hour or so on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
not alot only when the kids are at school
Luckily quite alot. I cannot function without rest.
at the moment, not much, I'm flat out....
All day every day and night, and yet I never relax nor really rest at all. I can't work, I have a sleeping disorder, and the medication I got better with was cut from the budget and replaced with one that I am deathly allergic to...over a year ago.
I manage to get what I want!
For me, it's more of the quality of time, not quantity, that makes it worthwhile. ;-)
Seems like someone's always wanting something from me, no time for myself.
You should divide the time you have after a restful sleep. For e.g. organazation, personal, work, and family. Customize. Keep a note of how much time you need to spend with each thing. Don't be too hard on yourself :)
