I'm a bit confused. Does christians believe that The Lord is Jesus? There can only be one God. The one who createt us and Jesus so hy does some christians say tht The Lord is jesus?

The trinity thing is a hedge against the commandment that says "Thou shalt have no other gods before Me." So, for the churches to circumvent this commandment they had to come up with the "trinity concept;" thus by making it "OK" to worship Jesus as if he were a god. This is but one of the more obvious "changes" and "interpretations" the Church has made to have religion "their way."

My understanding and education is that there is a trinity in Christianity, Lord, Jesus and Holy Spirit and that they all one in the same, at the core.
