Help answer this question below.

After the last 3 perms, my hair has turned darker. I lighten my hair with Loreal Ash Blonde 9 1/2. I have had a hard time getting the dark color out. What is happening? I just had a perm a few days ago and the same thing happened again. What can I do?

I was told to space perms 2 weeks to a month between colorings.
