Bow once to honour the masters of the past, without them there would not have been lessons for us to even get here.
Bow a second time to honour the living masters of the present, it is them that hold the lessons currently available.
Bow a third time to honour the masters of the future, some may already be a coloured belt while most will not be born for many generations to come. It is with them that we shall keep the lessons alive.
