Help answer this question below.

I had a minor bike accident yesterday,i got a big bump on the side of my knee as well as rubbing bruises on the inside of my upper thigh,im using a knee brace when i walk to keep the pressure off the knee,what about thr black and blue bruises on mythigh?

    If they are just bruises and your not really old, then just don't worry about it. We humans heal just fine given time. I fell six feet of the side of a mountain onto rocks and boulders and then tumbled another 20 feet with bike and boulders crashing into me all the way down, I looked like I'd been in a blender. That was in June but a mounth later and I was fine although my wife won't let me out again with pads :o)
