  • It is the same pill. Sometimes different manufactures of the drug have a different color. Hope this helps

  • Different brands have to, by law change the look of the pill for dispensing purposes... to distinguish it from the other pills on the market that are used for the same things. The generic will always look different as well, as it is the basic formulation pattented by the company that owns the chemical recipe. One will usually have the bigger, longer, name and the brand (The company that only bought the rights to use that formulation with their brand name.) Will always have a different look to distinguish the two. Like Acetaminiphen or tylenol... They are the same exact thing. Tylenol being the brand name and acetaminophen being the name of the drug itself that tylenol bought the rights to use from the company that own the pattent.
