If you are asking whether you can replace your computer with a Pentium 4 (P4) processor without changing any of the other hardware, then No you can't.
Main reason is that your current motherboard will not support the P4 processor.

Inorder to upgrade from a P2 processor to a P4 processor, you would need to:
    1) get a motherboard (one that is compatible with the P4 processor you want),
    2) get RAM modules (ones that the motherboard you will get requires),
    3) clean installation of an Operating System, (because your new motherboard will not recognize the boot sequence of your current operating system).
    4) You might need a video card, depending on whether the motherboard you will get has onboard video memory or not.

When changing computer hardware, always check its compatibilty. For instance you could check the compatibility of your motherboard on its manufacturer's online website, use the model number and name to locate it.
