If I understand you correctly, you own (or are in the process of buying) the trailer but being evicted from the lot. If so, the eviction notice will indicate how soon you have to pay or vacate.
If you choose to fight the eviction, the court will order a vacate date at the hearing. If you do not vacate by that date, the landlord can have the sheriff forcibly remove you from the property.
Note: Just because you hold over does not mean you get to stay for free. The court will award rent and damages to the landlord for all the time you did not pay. The landlord can then use that judgment to put liens on your trailer or cars, and to garnish wages.
This is confusing me... you're buying your home, but you're being evicted? What?
