I also had a wart frozen off by my dermatologist and it became a very large and painful blood blister. I called immediately and she said there was nothing to do for it. It just happens sometimes (not all the times). I ended up having a friend (who is an RN) use a sterile needle (very small) to break and drain the blister. It did not go completely away right away, but felt so much better. She did it again a couple of days later and it was gone (along with the wart).

Yes, and eventually it will fall off. I had 7 of those darned things when I was younger and boy did the freezing of it hurt at the docs. office. My child had one burnt off, but it got bigger and it just now was froze off again and is blistering. But to help with the pain of getting one sprayed with the liquid nitrogen. Immediately run it under cold water and keep ice around to help with the pain of it. Some warts are just stubborn and need a few treatments of the liquid nitro. Just make sure you return to the doctors for the procedure within 3 weeks so it doesn't grow too far out of hand. (sharing my freebie site: http://realfreestuffforall.com/index.htm)
