I have a Slick MP3 player. I plugged it into the USB port and put a playlist on it. When I turn it on, it says it has no files on it...but when I plug it back into the USB port to look at the folder, its full of songs. Help?

what you have to do is go into music from the main menu then scroll to the bottom and select update

what software are you using to put the music on? off the top of my head, i can say that most mp3 players have folders for music and for data. sometimes the music files end up in the data folder and then the player doesn't see them as music files.
