  • If you're talking about persistant itching or some such, it may be water in the ear. If you don't think it's this you could go to any beauty salon and get your ears candled (about $25USD), a hilarious but effective process wherin paper cones are inserted in your ears and set aflame. The heat and lowered relative pressure loosen up and draw out years worth of earwax in a way that may just make you addicted to the process out of hygenic repulsion. If that doesn't work, see your doctor.
  • If you're talking about the tickling in your "ears" that you feel sort of in back of your throat, one thing that helps is to inhale warm air through your nose, until the itching or tickling goes away. This won't work if you breathe through your mouth. "Warm" has to be pretty warm, in between lukewarm and hot. After inhaling a few times, the itch should be gone.
