I have fallen in love with a married woman, she and her husband co-exist an she feels thier relationship has died 12 years ago, for religous reasons they stay togather, she states she is in love with me as well but can't leave and dont want to loose me.

    She has already betrayed her relationship by falling in love with you so religion deosn't really come into it anymore.

    She needs to face up to what has happened, and remember she only has one life. What is worse - to spend the rest of your life in a relationship that she knows is over, her husband knows is over and God knows its over; or to make the break, ask for an amicable divorce and for both of them to get on with the rest of their lives.

    As for you - you need to decide what you can live with yourself. Can you be the other man? Can you ask her to break her marriage vows by having a relationship with you?

    Personally, I think the ball is in her court. Its her decision where your relationship goes from here. Just be prepared to lose her into the marriage she is tied to.
